Tim Clark proves that even in the highest level, hybrids work. He played in 2 President Cup with not one long iron in his bag. In fact, he came mighty close when he was the runner up at the 2006 Masters tournament and might go down in history as the guy who eliminated Tiger Woods in the first tournament since he recovered from his knee surgery in 2009.

Hi! Mr. Tim Clark,
I’m a big fan of yours. I took your advise, which is to use more hybrids than irons. It’s really good. I think hybrids are much easier. Golf is all about accuracy, not really distance. I like your choice. Your putt is the best.
It seems a lot of South Africans are good at putting. Mr. David Frost, my friend, still keeps a PGA Tour record, with is 92 putts in 4 rounds.
