J.B. Holmes’ real name is John but he really prefers to be called J.B. He really came onto the PGA Tour running as he won the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament in 2005, then finished tenth at the first PGA Tour he played and won his first tournament on Tour in February (FBR. Open) already!
Of course, it helps when he hits it sooooooo far but he is really an all around player that cannot be taken lightly when you play against him.
